| Luv my 7 Furkids Donating Member  |  shipping problems Im so angry right now I could scream. DH drew a sketch for a person who won from the last raffle. We ended up adding two dogs for a total of three in the sketch so she could give to her parents as a gift. I mailed it ups Oct 19 to Miami. My ups store wrote the wrong address, they delivered to wrong address. Both the person who was expecting the sketch and I have been on the phone with ups every day since Oct 26th. Finally today the miami ups got the driver to go to the house he delivered it to. Of course they said they never received. I googled thier number called myself. They swear they didnt get the box. I emailed Miami police and made a complaint, not that they can do anything just mostly to shake them up. I went to file a claim, now they want the receipt, what receipt, hubby drew it. so printed the entire website including pictures of the sketch to take back there tomorrow. I cannot believe how unsupporting ups has been, and worse I cannot believe that someone would get a package that doesnt belong to them and open and keep it. It even had our website on the back of the picture. Soooooooooo now that you let me rant. I strongly suggest we all make sure when we send out our ge packages we have signature receipt. We may have to wait another day to get it but at least it will go to the right place. Thanks for letting me vent.  |

| OMG...I'm so sorry this happend to you & your DH, all that hard work, sorry! I can't begin to imagine how very ticked off you must be about now , So hard to believe someone would do such a thing....that really awful

| That is terrible Linda!!! What is wrong with people  Why in the world would they keep a piece of artwork of someone else's furbabies any way??? All I can say is being dishonest like this will come back to bite them. And I thought UPS stood behind their deliveries, seems it was their fault to begin with. I hope you get the package back, I know that was a lot of hard work on your DH's part.

| OMG ridiculous! I'm so sorry! I guess you should be switching to FedEx! I have had experiences with UPS also, not as bad as this, but I never use UPS if I really don't have to.

| I am so very sorry about your shipping woes. I would be in a royal snit and I can only imagine the anguish felt by the winner of one of Barney's incredible sketches. It is a darn shame that we have to PAY extra to be sure that our packages are actually delivered to the address we send them to. |

| Donating YT 4000 Club Member  | oh wow, I am sending my GE box priority mail, with signature confirmation, UPS store is a drive for me and the PO comes and picks up the box I am also adding insurance to it.. so sorry you had to deal with the pain of a lost package.. |

| I am so sorry Linda.. I live in Miami, do you want me to go to their house and give them S***!!!!!!! I will!!! I will take Remy and stick her on them!!!!! I sure hope you find the picture and all works out. I lost a package I mail oversears, a year latter I got the insurance check!

| Wow - I would be peeved! Those sketches are amazing and it's obvious he puts so much work into them. I can't believe people would steal a sketch of pups that aren't even theirs!

| Wow, that is unbelieveable! I'm so sorry. That is a priceless item!! UPS has to have record of the address it was delivered to. And, they scan every package when it was delivered. That should be proof enough to demand they produce the package. Shouldn't it, or is that just wishful thinking?
