Danny, i hope you will consider not docking the tails. It is becoming more acceptable not to dock tails, and in some places it is not even legal. Your pups are beautiful. They are probably "pet quality" as mine is. There is no reason to dock tails.

i just got back from the vet, to get the tails docks and dew claw removed. i thought getting the tails docked was "required"?

Your puppies are adorable!!

In some areas of Europe removing the tail. the dewclaws or docking the ears is illegal so the yorkies there get to keep their full tails. This is becoming more popular here in the US both because of the look and because of animal rights supporters.

No, they can be registered with undocked tails. It is the show standard that requires the tails to be docked. For pets only it isn't required, and as I said it seems to be getting more popular to leave them long.

docking is really up to the breeder, I docked all my silkies, some people like the long tails. is NOT required but is been the rule for a long time.
show dogs must be docked to adhere to the standard in the USA.
your pups are gorgeous.. congratulations.. and best of luck with them..
