11. When puppies will be ready to be taken home - We never allow our puppies to leave until the 16th week unless special circumstances are needed. When shipping or lengthy travel is expected, we generally wait until the 20th week.

12. Do you ship your Yorkies - We are open to shipping and provide that service with Continental airlines only. International shipping is also an option, but requires special attention. The fee for US shipping is 300.00 including the ticket, health certificate (includes a full exam 3 days prior to travel), Pet travel case, and commute to the airport. We are very comfortable with the process and have had very good results. Often, we can catch an in-cabin pet friendly flight for the same as the standard shipping rate. When that is an option for any client, we are happy to hand deliver your puppy to you at the gate.

13. Do you require a deposit? Is it refundable? - . Our contract requires that an initial deposit be paid if a buyer is purchasing a puppy. If we default in anyway, as per our contract, we certainly refund all monies paid in full.

14. Your health guarantee and Yorkie selling contract (how can a prospective member review it - by email, on your Web site, etc.) -

We are an established kennel specializing in Yorkies only. We take a very personal approach to each of our puppy sales. Available puppies are Microchipped, Vet checked, vaccinated/wormed and include a starter kit & generous health guarantee.

All puppies are carefully screened for faults including physical faults and mental soundness to insure proper placement. We also use the Bio-Sensor performance improvement program with each litter to insure soundness and a pleasant demeanor. We welcome questions, visits, and photo requests.

Thanks for the sweet comments.... I wanted to let everyone know that Minnie has now been placed... Hopefully Lulu will find a great home too, not that we aren't pretty partial to her staying here... She is such a sweet thing...

Breny... Your dogs are so nice...Everytime I visit your site and look at the Biewers I just die for one... They are really beautiful, there aren't many in my area and none that hold a candle to yours... But I have my hands full right now... I have 5 (10 wk olds) and they are running wild right now.... They all stand in front of the dishwasher and bark at themselves in the reflection, but only when its on... I think they think their reflection is making the noise... Anyway... nothing like group barking at 7:00 am....

They should be since it takes me like 10 days and 4 million pictures to get one decent one.... Most of them are of ears and rears.... Thanks God for digital... Thanks for the complement on my pics, its always a lot of fun!!

BTW... Both girls have been placed as of this morning... Thanks to everyone who inquired about them... They are going to really awesome homes! I do have a few puppies on my website if anyone is still looking

I will post those when they reach 12 wks...
