I'm interested in seeing as many Yorkie shows as I can. I've looked on the AKC website and couldn't find any. Does anyone know of any upcoming Yorkie shows in Massachusetts? Thanks a bunch!!!

akc site also lists them under EVENTS

I know there is on every December at the Expo in Boston, I usually go to that one, but thats the only one I know of.

Try calling the Sheraton (Best Western) in Fitchburg...I know they have dog shows there. I know they had one a few months ago..

I would love to go to this too, If you find any info and you decide to go my dd would love to go she had the best time at the Yorkie Beach Party

I emailed AKC yesterday and the infodog.com and they sent me to the AKC website and attached the following: Oops! Too long to attach. I think it's what was listed on the AKC website. I think they were just being nice attaching because I couldn't locate it at first...If anyone wants it I can forward the email to you by email....

Hi, Are you going to this one? It's next weekend already.....I'm going. I might call ahead and make sure there will be Yorkies...

there will be Yorkies, I have spoken to a couple breeders locally who will be taking thier yorkies there for showing.. she said some people bring thier dogs with them but that is not what the show is about....

She did say you " can" bring them..
I am going on Sunday there will be Yorkies there Sunday with other toy breeds I think it will be alot of fun too!!

I thought it was Saturday? I'm not going to bring my dogs because I want to pay attention to the show and it's like a 2 hour drive...

you can also check on infodog.com . if you click on show information and then search by state you will have a listing of the shows in that state.

I hope some of you get to attend the dog show. They are a lot of fun. Be sure to take pictures to share. I do know that some spectators take their dogs but it can be very stressful to a pet with all the barking and commotion going on plus you risk exposing your baby to various viruses that sometimes get spread around at dog show. I have always felt it is best to leave the pets at home. Good luck and have fun!

I'm waiting to hear back from someone in regard to the time of the show etc etc. Yes, I will bring a camera because I'd love to share some pics....assuming no one will mind me taking pics?
