| YTCA Specialty show in NYC Anyone entering or just going to watch? Just wondering. It's a Yorkie Specialty show put on by McNulty at the New Yorker Hotel on Feb 8 and 10. There should be a lot of gorgeous Yorkies there!

| My mentor is going and wants me to tag along. In fact she'd like me to enter Danali in the sweeps. I went last year and had a wonderful time. I'd love to go again but am waiting to see if I have a gal in whelp. I don't know about taking a dog to NY, it sure is a party though. Are you going?

| I stayed at the New Yorker last year, very small rooms. We would be staying there again this year. I heard they were renovating it so it may be nicer this year. It's so convenient to the show that it's worth being cramped. Three days of pure yorkie heaven!!

| Rooms Tami..I have gone many times and the first time the room was literally 10x10..and it had two singles and a fold up cot..and we had to fold up the cot to open the door...next time I asked for a larger room, got a two room suite for slightly more..third time I asked for a two room suite, they said there were no rooms like I described. I gave them the floor and room number and they still swore it did nto exist...and that was before they started rennovating...so I always ask for a larger room...LOL |

| Ask for reservation on the 19th floor....however, most room reservations are made a year in advance....so, that maybe why you got the smaller room

| I wish I could attend a big show like this. I can only imagine what one could learn.

| I'll be going this year without a dog LOL. The rates are now 25 a night per dog per night UGH! This will be the first time I've gone to NY without a dog. I'm so gonna enjoy this year! We use to stay on the 18th floor but now they are dorm rooms but the 19th and 20th floors are nice and roomy! We are going to be on the 20th floor this year! | My mentor made her reservation last year so she may have rooms on the 19th floor, I'll have to ask. We palpitated yesterday and it looks like I may be expeciting a litter on the 3rd of Feb. That's cutting it awfully close so I still don't know if I'm going to be able to go. Suzie will receive a championship certificate as well as a ROM so I'd really like to be there to cheer her on. I doubt I will take a dog though, not sure I'm up to that yet.
