| [News] The Shame of Backyard Breeders Revealed These puppies are the result of inbreeding. They were rescued from a backyard breeder and are up for adoption. Look at how precious they are! It breaks my heart to see this, though. Girl Swallows Magnetic Toy Pieces - Videos - WNBC |

| I couldn't see the video, but the comments mentioned 3 puppies born without front legs. That is sick.

| Ah.....those 3 puppies are so....sweet. Poor things thru no fault of their own, have only their back legs. But Beth O. from the North Shore Animal League said they are looking into getting some kind of carts so the puppies will be able to walk. Good for the North Shore Animal League. An after thought. I really don't think much of Beth's boyfriend, Howard Stern,( the radio talk show host ) but she is a wonderful person to be working with such a great organization.

| oh that is so sad.... they are so sweet. It reminds me of that yellow lab that's been on all those talk shows who had no front legs - they taught it to walk like a person on two legs!

| what sweet babies! You know, from the puppies point of view is that they have not known any other kind of life to them as far as their legs go. So them adapting with what they have could be somewhat easy for them. At least easier for them then for us to watch their little struggles. Hope that made sense. Just trying to put it through the pups eyes I hope they all got adopted out to their forever homes and are much loved |

| They Have A Chance At Life! This is just so heartbreaking, how can some breeders be so ignorant and allow this to occur... I hope someone finds it in their heart to adopt these special and precious pups... Now they have wheelchairs for disabled pets... | I am suprised that the breeder/greeder didnt have them put down at birth. Usually greeders arent willing to take the time and wont spend the $$$ to raise such a litter. I am sooooooooo glad that they are now being cared for and may get artifical limbs of some kind. |

| Oh those poor babies. I really hope they find someone to adopt them all. They need someone very special. They are just beautiful and sweet puppies. And this is the result of inbreeding. How sad. What a shame! |

| Made me cry. Those poor babies. Hopefully the carts will work out for all three of them and their quality of life will be a little better.

| What sweet babies! I'm sure they will find wonderful homes. I hope that so called breeder has been closed down. The breeder ought to have to try living without his limbs, and see how he likes it!! |
