Switching to Nutro Ultra I'm switching Finnigen (6mo) from Eukanuba small puppy bites to Nutro Ultra Puppy... so I started tonight... mixed it and he picked out the Nutro Ultra and left the Eukanuba in front of his dish on his place mat. I wasn't sure what to do I don't want to upset his tummy by switching too quick but I didn't want him to be hungry so I gave him a bit more Nutro. In all he probably ate 3/4 Nutro 1/4 Eukanuba. Hopefully that wasn't too much.

P.S. Took him to Petland shopping today in my little carrier and you should have seen the reaction from people... it was crazy... my 3 year old kept saying "hello" to everyone almost as if to say Hey people I'm cute too look at me! You had to be there it was cute.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Annie did the same thing when I tried to switch her to adult dog food. She picked out all the new food and left all the old stuff in the bowl I think they just she the new stuff and felt like it was different (imagine that ) I tried to keep rationing out the new to the old for a couple more days to no avail... But she didn't seem to have any upset tummy problems.... So my guess would be... Keep up what you are doing... If you don't see your baby with any problems, I'm sure that there will be no problems with changing out completely. I have seen some members say they change their dogs food every few days cause they get tired of eating the same thing every day.... So just play it by ear

Thanks... he's still only eating the Nutro... he just leaves the Eukanuba on his place mat in front of his dish. I'll keep mixing through tomorrow and if he's still only eating the new I'll switch completely. He hasn't had any signs of an upset tummy and he's still been pretty regular.

| I switched my puppy to Nutro Ultra dry a few weeks ago. I did it gradually over a week. He seems to like the taste of the Nutro Ultra better than the California Natural. I've also given him some of the Nutro Ultra wet puppy food and treats. It's upposed to be an excellent product.
