My furkids Donating Member | They really need to have the hair removed from the inside of their ears. Sadie doesn't have alot of hair in her ears but, Lillie has a thicker coat than Sadie and her ears have lots of hair in them. If the inside of the ears get wet it could cause ear infections and yeast infections. I pluck the hair out of their ears when I am giving them a bath. I wet the hair a little first so it doesn't sting as much when I pluck...They don't like it but, it should be done

| There is mixed opinions on whether to pluck or not. I pluck only those that are very hairy and only when needed. If hair is left in the ear canal it holds in moisture and can cause bacterial or yeast infections.
