| Stinky Breath Hi,my yorkie is about 10 months old now and I love to kiss her but for some reason she has a very bad breath, I tried to give her those mint greenies or the mints for dogs, but it doesn't seem to help!! Does any one have any suggestion? Thanks!! |

| What have you been feeding her? Some food can make their breaths stink, but it could be just 'Puppy Breath', which may get better after she reaches full adult stage. You could try to change the food, just make sure her stomach can handle the change! |

| I would guess that it's her food. Toto has to have a few grains of garlic powder on almost all her food! Kayla, our 15 yr. old granddaughter, came over one day just after Toto had her dinner and almost fainted when Toto was giving her puppy kisses!!

| Just a thought but she's not retaining baby teeth is she? Food can become trapped between the double teeth and cause bad breath? |

| Cosita has been having bad breath lately. But I just noticed that one tooth is coming right behind the other one. It may be retaining food between tooth. She has an appoitment on the 29 to check her teeth and she is getting spayed that same day. I will ask the Vet about bad breath as well. She will be 7 months that same day. I will let you know any tips from the Vet. -r |

| Candice, my mother in law told me about "Chlorophyll 100 mg liquid". you put 3 drops on her water and in about 24 to 48 hours her breath should get "A LOT" better. Well, I did it and it worked. Took only 24 hours to make effect. Chlorophyll is really good for human breath as well. Also heard for good digestion. -r Quote:
