| Poop Color HEY GUYS JUST WONDERING IF YOUR PUPS HAVE EVER HAD THEIR POOP CHANGE COLOR MAY BE DUE TO SOMETHING THEY ATE? FRANKIE ALWAYS POOS DARK BROWN, AND WHEN I TOOK HIM OUT EARLIER HE POOPED LIKE A WHITE COLOR, NOT WHITE BUT LIKE A TAN COOKIE DOUGH COOR, MY HUSBAND SAID CAUSE HE SNEAKS IN THE BATHROOM AND EATS CAT FOOD, BUTTT IM NOT SURE. HELP

| Is it possible he was eating TP? For whatever reason they love to shred and eat that stuff.

| I read on the net that light color stool is a symptom of liver stunt. Yorkies are predisposed to having liver over most breeds. You can get a bile acid test done at your vet. But if it was just that one time I wouldnt worry. |

| It is bile produced from the liver that determines the color of feces. But of course if they eat something that could temporarely discolor it. If it is a one time thing I would not worry but if it is chronic I would take him to the vet.

| Hmmm! Gee my girls poo different colors never thought of it has a bad thing. Just stinky colorful poo... I guess I should rethink this

| yeah it was for one day only and one poop only, but yeah whenever he poops brown all the time and you see a white poopie come out of there either your dogs doing tricks or somethings going on, so of course i would worry, and think about it, the same with my kids. thanks for helping guys
