| I bought both because I think they offered free shipping with the combo purchase, but have not used the gel. I really don't think it is dangerous at all to use everyday. The active ingredient is GSE or grapefruit seed extract which is just an natural anti-bacterial so it works by simply killing the bacteria which is what plaque is. It might even be helpful for bacteria related intestinal problems from chewing on icky bones. The good thing about GSE is that it only destroys harmful bacteria and leaves good bacteria untouched. I try to use it once everyday, but honestly 3 or 4 times a week is what I average. I have one dog I just dog got with severe tartar and slowly, but surely it is removing the tartar, I am sure it would work faster if I used it everyday and also used the gel and brushed. Even with my hit and miss schedule though it is definitely working. |

| I talked to my vet about this stuff and she said it was fine to use it everyday and that I could even use it on him twice a day. She said there is nothing in the ingredients that is harmful for them and just to go by the dosage instructions. I personally like the spray and the gel. I use the gel in the morning on Jaden as I'm normally a little more rusehd for time then, in the evenings I use the spray as I have more time to sit down and get him to open his mouth and am able to spray it on his teeth. I also brush Jadens teeth twice a week with a baby's tooth brush just to make they stay nice and clean... Anyway, best of luck to you with everything! |

| As an Autherized distrubuter and user myself, I can tell you that you can use it twice a day and that the best way to use it is a spray in the am and a swipe of the gel at night will let it work its magic on the food and tarter all night long. If your baby has a big tarter problem, you should brush with the gel at night. The combo is the best deal price wise, and the price is set my the manufacture but I can get around that durning sales and promos!!! I will be having huge grand opening specials in all of my departments during the Grand opening! And a YT discound throught the year! So you'll never pay full price! And you do not have to buy the set, you can but single products if you'd like, but the set really is the best deal!! And the best way to keep their teeth healthy! And its 100% safe, human grade, and will NOT harm the tooth enamel.. Infact I will be using it in a couple of weeks when I have my braces put back on! lol Kathryn

| Thanks Karthryn for that information. I was afraid of using the spray more than the instructions stated for fear of damaging the teeth. Good luck with your braces. Post pictures. Carol & Buddy |

I completely understand your reasoning, Archie. I probably will use it every other day. My babies are both still young and they don't have any buildup at all at this point. I am sure every other day will suffice for now. | |

| I use the spray, but I think its all in personal preference. My instructions say you can use 2x's a day that first month. It also says you can use gauze to brush their teeth with! I can't see mine letting a toothbrush near him, lol. |
