| I also remove as much of the fat possible, I think there is enough left over that I don't get and also in there regular food & treats.

| fat Fatty skin might help a a bit, but it can cause a bout of pancreatitis..not worth the chance...a good diet minus chicken skin will keep the skin health. Toy breeds are more prone to stomach upsets..perhaps the working breeds can tolerate more fat. |

| Wow, That's a good question. I have been leaving the skin on thinking it was a good thing. I also add just a few drops of olive oil. Am I way off in my thinking? Kim and Teddy |

| All the information I've seen on cooking for your pup says the leanest cut possible. To me that means no fat. I always cut it all off and I don't add anything to the water I boil. I use Missing Link as a supplement figuring as a "super food" it is better than what I can add....

| Do you guys ever add cloves of fresh garlic? I do and I give them the cooked cloves in their food. Do you give the chicken alone or mix it with their other food? I mix the chicken with some of their can dog food, this was the only way to get Duncan to eat his puppy food.
