Hi everyone,

Our Sprinkles is 8 months old now. She weights 2.13 lbs (yeah, she is tiny) For the past 5 months I've been feeding her Chicken soup for puppies, which she really loves. At what age would you recommend switching her to an adult formula? Thanks!

My guess is a year old at least! She is so tiny you don't want to risk her losing weight.

My pup is almost 11 months old and 3.6lbs. She is a picky eater so I am going to keep giving her puppy kibble for awhile because I think it is higher in calories?

For most small breeds it's recommended to switch over at ten months, but because your pup is so small I'd keep her on puppy for about a year just to be certain.

My Tigger is eight months as well and weighs five pounds even. I'm currently mixing his puppy food with Royal Canins yorkie formula.
