What brand of kibble do you use?

Precious has been on ideal balance for small breed for a few years. Recently the store stated they weren’t going to be selling it anymore.
Then i thought I could just buy it online. However, this morning there was a needle with thread in her food. I got to her just in time & pulled it out before she was able to swallow the needle.

Which brand do you use? I want something healthy for her that has a good reputation.

Emma has been on this food since puppyhood. She’s almost 5. No issues to date . 5 pound bag ($14) at our local pet supply store will last 3 months so cost effective to me .

I feed my guy Wellness Core grain free, fat reduced.

Gidget will be 3 in January. She's been on Royal Canin (first puppy and then adult) since I got her. No problems. I order mine from chewy.com since they deliver and I don't have to worry about running out if the weather is bad.

We used Life's Abundance with our late Golden and he lived to see his 18th birthday. We plan on using Life's Abundance with our new Yorkie girl, Niki, when she comes home. Only 2.5 weeks now until she comes home.

Yikes I hope you reported it to the dog food company. I prefer foods that have vet nutritionist on staff do feeding trails and have good quality control. My favorites are Royal Canin and Wellness.

It was very scary! I reported it earlier. I will check those 2 out.

This is what our breeder is feeding to the pups. It has never been recalled.

When you use Royal canin do you get the specific bag for yorkies? I don’t know if it would do Precious good since she’s mixed with Maltese as well

You can try just the one for small breeds.
