Has anyone given their dogs the consequences mini's? Joey was just diagnosed with slight LP so I'm looking for a supplement for him. The ones Callie takes are just to big.

I gave Cosequin years ago, but no longer as there is no reliable/repeatable scientific data in either humans or animals that this kind of supplement actually makes a difference in clinical outcomes for those (humans or animals) with arthritis.

I can noticeably see a difference in Callie so I believe it can work for some at least. It also can't hurt.

They were too big for my Cali. I give her the Ark Naturals Joint Rescue that I get on Amazon.

Like wyliesmom said, the research is not conclusive however, Cali runs agility and I do all I can to keep her joints healthy. She is 8 years old now and runs like she Was 2.

How big is Cali? Was that the regular or the mini? Joey is 10 pounds but he still takes small bites when it comes to treats or anything.

Cali is 4#. I even tried cutting the pills but they were too hard and she would not eat them. She loves the Ark Naturals.
