|  Good Read on Nutrition and Recipies for Pets w/Special Diet Needs I ran across this web page while I was doing some research on Colitis. Home Cooked Pet Diets,Home Made Recipes And Pet Nutrition It contains info and homemade recipes for both dogs and cats that have special needs.....from everything from Urinary Tract issues to Anal Glands to Weight Loss. I like it because it tells you what you need to watch for...for example, if your dog has heart problems, you want to look for food that's low in sodium. It's got a ton of information on pet nutrition in general. It's long...but it's a good read. If you want to skip to your pets problem, it's fairly easy to thumb through it and find the info and recipes for that specific issue. |
