| ![]() My puppy is almost 8 months old and weighs only 2.4oz. Because of her weight I have been feeding her 3 times a day 1.5 ounces of canned food (Instinct). Sometimes, she will eat all he food and sometimes only ½ oz. when she eats all of it in the morning, she will hardly eat at lunch. For supper, she usually eats more. Should I start feeding only twice a day?

| ![]() Lol I was going to say - wow! How is that dog even alive? lol... I personally think twice a day would be fine. She's tiny, but she should be old enough and if she's not terribly interested in eating 3x a day... 2x should be fine. ![]()

| ![]() Thanks! Today I fed her 2 times. She ate all the 1.5 ounces of her wet food that I served her in the morning and at 6pm she ate almost 1.4 ounces. I was very happy. As they grow older should they eat less?
