| Concerned about Vaccinations Some of you may remember that when I picked up my baby, way too early, the breeder give her shot before we left. The next day when we went to vet he said measles was left out of the shot the breeder give and he give her 2 shots. From research I am quite sure that was a big mistake and there was a big difference in her for about 24 hours. That was at 6 weeks, she will be 9 weeks tomorrow and I know they suggest shots at 9 weeks according to the site I looked at ***Combination vaccine* without leptospirosis. Coronavirus: where coronavirus is a concern. Should I go ahead and take her in or wait a couple of more weeks until time for 12 week shots? She is still so little, but quite the bundle of energy...just not sure what to do. Also, will be going to a new vet as I really don't think the vet looked at her chart before telling the asst. to give the shots. Thanks |

| Renee...I would probably also just give the vet your planning on using a jingle and explain exactly what you have explained here and get their opinion on how they feel you should proceed in her vaccination schedule. Ted never had any problems with the regular vaccines it was the rabies one that knocked him on his butt for about 24 hours. Good luck to you!

| I would just talk to your vet about your concerns. The only shot my dogs had a reaction to was the bordatello. Jewels was better by the next day though.
