| need home made receipe good for pancreatitis Does anyone have a low fat home made receipe for dogs prone to pancreatitis? |

| I do home cook for my George, but would never do it without it being formulated by a vet nutritionist. I swore I saw another thread like this...but cannot find it. Anyway...be sure that you get the appropriate supplements as welll.

| I agree with Ladyjane. Consult a vet nutritionists so you can get the right recipe for your pup. I used Dr Rebecca Remillard at petdiets.com.

| I also agree with the two lovely ladies who have already posted its best to have one made by a vet nutritionist who can make sure its balanced other wise it could make your dog sick.

| You could purchase a diet on BalanceIt.com .. for a pup with medical issues, they need the ok of your vet. I am not sure of the cost, but I know it is much less than a consult with a vet nutritionist.
