| Are The Snacks I'm Feeding Ok? I have been giving my 3 mo. old puppy Canine Carry Outs, chicken flavor. Are these bad for my pup?? She loves them but I do need expert advise. Yesterday I purchased Science Diet Ideal Balance Soft & Chewy Beef and Natural Balance Sweet Potato & Chicken. I also let her chew on the dinki bones because she gets bored when in her Kennel.

| I googled Canine Carry Outs and found that they are made in the US, but some of the ingredients come from China. With all of the recalls lately, I would skip them and make homemade dehydrated chicken treats, or use something else. Keep in mind that treats should never exceed 10-20% of your pup's diet or you risk upsetting the delicate nutritional balance your pup needs. When you say dinky bones, what are you referring to? I would supervise closely any bone chewing. Some are choking hazards and some can crack teeth. I have super heavy chewers, so I don't trust my guys with bones.
