| Red ear?? I noticed about a week ago that one of Max's ears had a bit of crusty stuff on the outside edge. He had just been to the groomer and he would've told me if there was something wrong. So I cleaned his ear with a q-tip and some peroxide and didn't think anything else of it. His other ear was clean and looked normal. He is strictly an inside dog. A couple of days later, I noticed that there was once again a little bit of crusty stuff on the same ear. I cleaned his ear again and just figured that it was normal. So today, I was telling my mom about his ear, and now it's kinda red on the inside. His other ear is still clean and pink. Does he have an infection? |

| he may be scratching it and making it red...if hes itching on a consistent basis it may need to be seen by his vet just to be sure its not an infection. i always use an organic ear cleaner every two weeks just to keep them free of any build up. hope ur max's ear is better.

| He's not scratching it but he does rub it on the floor sometimes. Of course, he rubs his face on the floor too but that's another story I may call the vet this morning and get their opinion. |
