| Snip, snip! And a microchip! Gizmo (and Gracie) went to the vet today. They were both altered, got their rabies, last set of vaccinations and a microchip! Surprisingly, Gizmo is running around the house like nothing happened. Unfortunately, Gracie is a bit more traumatized. I would assume that the females have it worse. The vet said Gizzy was up and about and eating about an hour after he woke up. And I can feel the microchip in his neck. I feel so much better knowing it is there! And it's great knowing I have a fully vaccinated dog! |

| That is great i am glad they are both doing well. My female shih tzu took a bit longer to bounce back as well. |

| Isn't it great knowing they are vaccinated, fixed and micro-chipped For the females, it is a bit more invasive, so it makes sense that she isn't feeling as well. They will both be back to their regular selves before you know it!

| I also had my pup microchipped...I can feel it in his neck..and actually, for the first few days, he would scratch at the place it's in, but now, he is A-ok!

| It brings me a lot of comfort because Gizmo is tiny enought to fit through my fence. We put up chicken wire on the big holes, but he can actually fit through each individual square of the fence! I guess that's what being 3 lbs. will do for you! Twice now I have caught him on the other side of the fence, crying for me to let him back in. That's why he NEVER goes outside without me! I was busy playing with the kids and I turned around and saw him sitting there, whining. |
