| Anyone still feeding Acana? Mickey is just not thrilled with TOTW so I am tinking about trying Acana again. It is a bit higher in protein but he just is so unexcited about the TOTW.

| Yup, we are. We did the lower protein and grain inclusive foods for a few months and weren't thrilled with the results. So we are back on our 3rd bag of Acana grainfree now. Tried Pacifica and he loved it but cannot stand the fish smell LOL. We ordered the new Acana Duck & Pear (does contain oats, I believe) but it's slightly less in protein/fat, and a bit more simple (only one source of protein). I'll let you know how he/I like it.

| Gizmo liked ACANA Pacifica and not TOTW. I know wellness CORE is grain free...Uh Natural Balance, Natures Variety.

| I feed Acana Grasslands most of the time (but I do rotate with TOTW and NV too), but I ordered the Duck and Pear a couple days ago. Hopefully the boys will do good with it so we can try the other 2 new formulas too! |

| I used Acana with Sasha at one time. She seemed to like the Grasslands but didn't care too much for the Wild Prairie. Ever since I've been feeding her Blue Buffalo Wilderness she doesn't really eat others foods with as much gusto as she does the Blue. I used to rotate brands and flavors after every bag, but with certain brands she again would just get bored with it and quit eating it and just overall didn't look like she was enjoying it, so I've always ended up going back to Blue. I do change up the flavors every bag with Blue however and she really enjoys that. I believe some other options could be Fromm, Go! and Now!. Those are some other options that I would consider as well. |

| It's going to be available in stores - it's just brand new so a lot of stores don't yet have it. I ordered it from k9naturalsupplies because I am not patient enough to wait for our store to get it.

| i'm curious to hear how the duck and pear works out!! Brew does really well with game meats. i think he has a mild chicken allergy. He was trying to tell me all this time when he would turn up his nose at all the chicken based kibbles i would bring home. then after doing great with game meat kibble, i fed a wellness canned chicken & sweet potatoe i noticed some paw biting. that's when it clicked!! i was going to try the lamb based acana for the next bag...but now that i hear of the duck i'm intrigued!!! |

| I considered Arcana when I first got Tillie and Bella, but couldn't find it locally so I feed Whole Earth Farms Grain Free.

| Our local healthy pet food store has all 3 of the new Acana types in. Noticed it today. Lamb & Apple, Duck & Pear and Chicken & Potato. They let us have a 12 oz sample bag for free to try. I picked the Chicken & Potato. Protein is 28% and fat is 17%.
