Yorkie Talker | Stomach Issues Let me just say that although I am new to YT, I LOVE it! So much info! We have 3 Yorkies (Jack, Jill & Delmer) and only have one major issue. Jill has problems with her stomach. She will get unusually quite and than start throwing up blood and having bloody stool. We used to give the occasional "human" food treat from the table but we have cut that out. Several trips to the vet with no clear answers. I am considering changing vets but we've been there since they were pups. Anyone else have a baby with similar symptoms ever? |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Throwing up blood and having bloody stool would make me terribly nervous.. I would be seeking another opinion.

| I agree, I would be worried about blood in stool and vomitus, not to mention repeated episodes. I think I would be going for a second opinion. Yorkies can get GI issues like hemorrhagic gastroenteritis and pancreatitis, which would cause symptoms like that. I think you need a different vet to sort this out.
