| itchy skin and bumps but no fleas. i need help!!! when i first got sophie, around 2-3 months, she had really bad dandruff and smelt horrible. but after a few weeks of intense skin care she cleared up. we took her camping about 2 weekends ago and a few days afterwards she started scratching 2 specific areas...her left rib cage and just below her left ear on her neck. when i check for fleas i didnt see any sign of any but i did find 3 raised, but not red, bumps on her rib cage and a patch of tiny scabs on her neck, but she hasnt lost any of her hair. does anyone know what this may be? i know she has sensitive skin and i havent changed her food or her shampoo. i just hope shes okay. |

| Minnie had the same problem. I switched shampoo. It could be an allergic reaction to what your using or skin allergies which YT are prone to. |

YT 1000 Club Member | C&M, Some Dogs have a very negative reaction to a Flea Bite. My Male Sneakers is sensitive. Best to take it to a Vet, and get a diagnosis. But, some of the options are... An injection of Covenia, an Antibiotic, GlenHaven A2/N a Dietary Supplement, and Teraril-P Tablets, a Steroid. Good luck.
