| My Yorkie has lost muscle mass My 4 year old Yorkie who weighs 5 lbs and has no other symptoms but muscle mass loss - she has a ravenous appetite; her stool sample came back negative for parasites. Her diet consists of Evo Ancestral kibbles, turkey, chicken, an egg occasionally, cottage cheese, sometimes a little peanut butter, Nutri-Cal supplement, freeze-dried chicken breasts, snacks, etc. Gets 3 meals a day + snacks. She used to be a stocky little girl and now you can feel her bones in her ribcage and behind. I am taking her to the vet today for blood workup & am very concerned even though her temperament and habits have not changed. |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Hopefully it is something easily fixed. Blood work will hopefully show what is going on. Maybe a thyroid problem. Please keep us posted.

| I have no advice, but sending positive thoughts and well wishes for a quick resolve.
