|  Hallie's got smelly butt OK, I have not changed food, treats, anything like that! The only thing I have done is cut back Hallie's food (she's on a diet) but she has the worst gas I have ever experienced in my life! Every night she lays next to me and Simon on the couch and every night Simon gets up and moves away from her (funny I know)! Could the reduction in food be causing this? |

| I don't know about dog's, however in human's...reducing food causes a lot more air in a stomach that was used to much more food..

| I'm sorry but this made me laugh. Honestly I am no help in knowing what could be causing the gas. Schatzie had her fair share of gas last night also, whew! It's just awful (for all of us)

| This could be way off, but what about getting her anal glands expressed? Could that be causing some nasty smelling build-up? Just a thought... |

| Wow, I dont know what can be causing her gas. It could be what Platinum said. Simon is a smart puppy moving away. That part made me laugh. Sorry Im no help. |

| haha blame it on Simon, if she could talk she totally would! I don't now what it is, I wonder if it's the anal glands? They are getting groomed soon so that will be taken care of then. hmmmmm.....the smelly butt saga continues |

| If Hallie is hungry and when she does eat if she is gulping her food down she is probably also gulping air, which is the cause of GAS!!!

| I can sooooo relate. Jeter has been a stinky butt since I got him. The vet recommened that I change his food. I have done so twice now. We are now trying a food for sensitive stomachs. Hopefully, this will solve the problem. It is extremely embarassing when he is under my desk at work and decides to stink the place up. |
