| Scratching I gave my yorkie a bath with mane and tail, which I have used before and now she is scratching her back relentlessly. I bought some medicated shampoo and it hasn't helped yet. She now has red scabs where she has been itching. Any ideas? |

This could be bacterial, fungal, flea allergy, or an enviro allergy (including pollen). Before assuming a diagnosis of allergies, however, fungal/bacterial/parasitic needs to be ruled out.
