| Baking soda for teeth brushing... I have a neighbor who has a yorkie with realy white teeth. I asked her what she uses, and she said that she used to use Dr. Foster's Baking Soda toothpaste for dogs, now she mixes a little baking soda with CET, and uses that. She said her furbaby had a lot of discoloration before she started with this routine. I thought I read somewhere on yt that baking soda was not good for yorkies, and may cause stomach problems. Is that true?

| I wonder why Dr. Foster makes toothpaste with it in it...that's weird. I did mention it to her that I had heard about stomache problems caused by baking soda, but she said she hasn't had any problems...........yet. Dental Care: Baking Soda Toothpaste for Dogs & Cats by Drs. Foster & Smith
