| Soft food question How many days is it ok to feed(and keep in fridge) , after opening? I bought a can of solid gold soft food for a treat for Daisy and its a large can . Not sure how long is too long. I wouldn't want to give her something that is spoiled. |

| about 3-5 days; what u can do next time; is split the can into 2 separate containers; and put one in the freezer; and then defrost when needed.

| I never kept the food longer than 2 days. I now buy only dry kibble but our other dog ate canned food. I'm so funny about food spoilage, I hardly ever have leftovers for myself.

| Yes, this is what I do too, it works out great. One small can divides for me in 3 tiny containers. Zhoie only gets a flat tsp mixed with her morning and evening kibble, so it lasts better that way.

| yes that's better than leaving it in the can anyway; so you can divide it into many containers and keep them in freezer and one in fridge to use within that week. good luck.
