| Recent Spay My little Lovely was spayed last Tuesday. Over all she seemed pretty well until recently I've notice the upper part of the incision site was bumpy and had a reddish texture to it. Is this normal or something I should worry about.. since the spay was performed a while back (1 week ago). Any suggestions or help would be great. |

| Not sure how they closed up the incision ... but I know when Kasha had it done a couple of months ago they sutured 2 layers then glued the top. She's had 3 stitches pop out. The first 1 was red & inflamed so I put neosporin on it & called the vet. She told me it wasn't a big deal but we wound up getting 2 removed later. My advice is don't let her lick, put some neo on there & call the vet. Nothing to worry about if it is what I think it is.

| Bumps under the skin and some redness is not a big deal sometimes, but other times it is. The only way to be sure is to have the vet take a look.
