right now, when seeker uses the wee wee pad he gets a very tiny piece of Milkbone chews as a reward. And its working, cause at just 10 weeks old he really goes out of 3 rooms and finds his pad in the kitchen. its great...but id like to reward him with a healthier treat...and we are going to begin command training....

Great training treats are Zuke's Mini Naturals.

Amazon.com: Zuke's Mini Naturals Dog Treats:... You can get them at Petco. They are about the size of an eraser and soft and chewy. They are low in calories! Great treats for trick training, and it won't fill them up too much.

Also, Wellness has some good treats that are square shaped and can be broken up pretty easily. Jackson loves them.

Super healthy treats would be small bites of carrot, banana, or boiled chicken.

Snickers will always and forever get a reward treat when he does his business correctly and he gets ZiwiPeak Good Dog Grainfree Treats:

I like these too. They're not that big, but for a 10 week old, I'd cut them in half or in quarters. As an alternative, you can always use fresh food. A piece of carrot, a green bean, tiny pieces of plain boiled chicken breast. Remember, teeny tiny pieces only and in moderation.

I agree, sometimes I even break them up in half for my 16lb'er so yeah cutting them up for a 10 week old would be perfect!

I LOVE these treats!!! (well my dogs do LoL) Tasty Rewards Training Treats

You order them online but if you put them on autoship you get a big discount. Mine go NUTS for them and they are very healthy and formulated by a vet. I would give these try!
