Teddy is going in to have his teeth cleaned next Monday. I just found out my vet does not use a heated table. They place them in warm towels and a heated cage after the procedure.

Any concerns?

Should be fine, esp. since it's not an abdominal surgery. The main concern is keeping them warm. If they think they can do that, then I wouldn't see a problem. I'd hesitate to let them do invasive surgery without something better though.

I would also ask your vet if you could pick him up early since this is only a dental. My vet does this with well-informed and prepared clients. I picked Puddles up as soon as he woke up (which is a little earlier than she allows most, but I'm one of her techs). It's worth asking about.
