Shes eating her food just fine, but her water bowl is hardly ever touched, so therefore her urine is very yellow and strong. Any suggestions on how i can get her to drink water more.

Are her gums pink/wet or pale/dry? If they are pink and wet than she is hydrated. If they are pale/dry then she needs to see a vet asap.
Is she eating canned food or dry? If she is eating canned, then she will consume less water because the canned contains alot of water/moisture. I You can try adding some warm water to her dry food.

What type of food are you feeding her: kibble, wet , or homecooked?

I buy organic low or no sodium chicken broth and add a Tbsp to their water when they won't drink. It works like a charm. I also add ice to their water or I crunch up ice in the blender and throw it around the living room to make a game out of it to get them to eat it. lol IT WORKS!!
