| spay tomm Hello everybody, tomm will be the spay of our baby and I am so scared! A few weeks ago she made some honking sound and I kinda panicked and we went to the vet that weekend. He took some xray and said he could not find any evidence of collapsed trachea but said when she gets spayed he will redo the xray and do examination and see if she has it. He gave us meds to take for 5 days but right after taking them for 5 days she still gets those episodes with that honking sound. I am so scared! Tomm im scared for both her spay and what if she does have a collapse trachea. My sis and I was crying at the vets office when the Dr. said she might a collapse trachea. Tomm her daddy will be taking her and I dont think I could do it. Thinking about tomm makes me want to cry. She is the Love of our life. I want to postpone it but her daddy said its best to do it now. I know he is right im just scared =( |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I will keep her in my prayers for a safe spay. The honking may be reverse sneeze which shouldn't effect her being put under. Did you get the blood work done before? That is really important. I would ask the vet to call you as soon as she is out of surgery so you can relax. Hugs

| Thanks Patti, the Dr. did get some blood and I remember he had to take it from her neck cuz they said it was easier that way because of her veins being hard to find and you know what she was such a big girl she didnt cry or flinch. I was so proud of her. The results was all okay the Dr. said so Im hoping Patti it is just a reverse sneeze. Thanks for the prayers We appreciate it a lot. |

| How did everything go? Roxie was spayed on Thursday and the first 24 were kind of rough for us. My thoughts are with you!
