| Honestly I use my shampoo and conditioner on my baby... which is for dry hair... I personally dont knink that people shampoo/conditioner is bad for dogs... excpecially maybe yorkies since their hair is so much like people hair... once a month I even put in my leave in conditioner in her fur... (the leave in conditioner will make her look oily after like 3 days... but I like to think that it keeps the natural oils in by doing this once a month).... also you might be giving her baths too much and drying out her hair... any more that once a week (unless he/she rolls in the mud or something) is too much and will dry out fur/skin...

| Most of us bathe our dogs every 1-2 weeks. As long as you are using a shampoo/conditioner for pets then it's okay. Because dogs' skin has a different pH than ours, using human shampoo is too drying on their skin. Some really popular shampoo/conditioners on here are Mink Sheen and Cloud Naturals Buddy Wash. I've used the BW for two years now and we love it! It's all natural. I haven't heard of the Fresh and Clean so I can't tell you if I've heard anything or not. If you still want to supplement, we use Ark Naturals Royal Coat and it is a wonderful supplement! It has both omega-3 AND vitamin E, which you need to supplement when giving omega-3.
