I just started feeding mine cottage cheese and i give her about a tablespoon and a half every day, does that seem about right? Also i know it's good in protien for them but is that all it does? I mean i'v heard that it's REALLY good to feed them it but why is it so good for them? |

| Yes, cottage cheese is good for them, the protein is great but it also helps with their digestive tract. I fed Chewy only a teaspoon on top of his food in the morning when we first got him. I think I only fed it for maybe a month. Sometimes now though, I give him a little taste and he LOVES it. I'm not sure of how much you should feed, I think it probably depends on the size. When I was feeding it, Chewy was 3-4 months and below 2#. Hope it helps. |

| I fed Olivia some cottage cheese when I noticed her teeth falling out. I figured a little extra calcium in her diet wouldn't hurt while her adult teeth were forming. Plus she loved it, so it was a pretty healthy treat for her. |

| Cottage cheese also helps when your pup is gasy.
