Is DENTASTIX Effective??? - YorkieTalk.com Forums

I need to ensure Sophie has no dental issues. I have Petz Life spray, but she hates it and hides under the bed. :-( I still try to get it on her teeth 2 x's a week.

I began giving her one Dentastix every weekday, and at least she likes them. the bag says to give them two a day.

Has anyone got any long-term experience with Dentastix?

Are these the things that look like churros? I got them just as a treat, not expecting anything. and they didn't do anything except for make Uni happy. Her breath still stinks. I'm gonna get some petslife next time my wallet allows for it. I'm brushing her teeth more again (I was seriously lagging on that in recent months) and I got her chicken flavor paste, she wasn't digging the mint flavor.

Have you tried the petslife gel instead? You can smear it on with your fingers instead of spraying it.

We use the petslife gel and Barley hates it too. But he also hate having his teeth brushed. I like to results so far and I've been using it since February. I've never tried the dentastix. Sorry!
