| Where to buy???? Sorry if this may be a redundant post, but I was wondering where YTers buy the premium foods that seem to be most popular: Merrick and Wellness. I did lots of research on good Yorkie food and I found that Royal Canin was supposedly one of the better foods. My boys did not seem that interested in it, thus they weren't eating as much as I would have liked. I switched them over to Science Diet, but after reading these forums I am finding that Science Diet is not that great for them either. I always thought that Science Diet was an excellent food! I am learning something new here everyday, so I thank those of you who respond in advance. FYI I live in NorCal if that helps. |

| I don't feed Merick or Wellness, but I get my EVO at a local pet store. You may trying visiting the company's website, (whichever food you'd like to feed), and usually they have a page where you can type in your zip code and it'll pull up a list of stores near your area. Hope that helps. |

YT Addict | I get both my Merrick and Wellness at my local pet store, Feeders Supply. If you go to the dog foods' websites they have a feature that you can type in your zip code to find a store near you that sells their products. Thats what I did and I found a few in my area.

| I order mine from Pet Food Supplies Dog Cat Bird ... PetFoodDirect.com. You can always find coupons online and then once you buy from them, they will send coupons in your email. The coupon usually covers the shipping.

| Petco has begun to sell Wellness now, but I know they don't have Merrick. Usually, a "mom & pop" type shop sells the more premium foods. Like others have stated, go the the companies website and there's a store locater tab where you can type in your zip code and it will bring up local stores around your area that sell the food you're looking for. Good luck! |

| I feed the Nature's Best variety of Science Diet lamb and rice, not the regular science diet. My vet also said it was good food at a decent price. I did the kibble "test" and it got a 94, not bad! There are foods that top over 100, but they are more expensive and harder to find. This works for us. We get it at petco, and if you're a PALS member you get $5 off coupons too.

I steer all my new puppy parents to Pet Food Direct. The food I use isn't available locally but PFD has almost every brand. And, with the discounts, you end up paying no more than retail, even after shipping.

| I feed Harley Merrick Before Grain. I am lucky enough to be able to buy it about 45 mintues away (everything is at least 45 minutes away from me!) at a pet food store. If you want to feed Merrick and can't find it close, they do offer free shipping on their website. Jeri and Harley |

YT 1000 Club Member | We buy the wellness at a local friends store here in Michigan. I have ordered from PFD but I like being able to give them a variety of the canned that i mix with their dry kibble in the mornings. Plus I only use the canned that is 95%meat. The have a dry kibble to that is just for small breeds and my stinkers love it. Plus I have noticed that they are pooping alot less than they were on the natural balance and the artemis. Mine love it so much they actually lick the bowl clean.
