| wash up after neutering i had lucky neutered last friday. they told me not to bath him for 2 weeks. at first it was ok b/c i had just took him to the groomer and he normally goes every 3 weeks. but lucky stank and i mean stank .....so this morning i gave him a little wash up with a slightly soapy cloth. i didnt put him in water...i just gave him an old school sink wash up....i guess its too late to ask if its ok but do you think it will hurt him or infect his area???? i clean his area with peroxide and neosporin every other day to keep it clean.... did anyone give wash up after neutering and if so how did your baby do???

| Yoda just had his done on monday...I have been taking baby wipes ( no alcohol in them) and running warm water on them , squeeze out the excess water and wash up...this has been working for me. His groomer at the vets office said that this is what alot of her clients do.

| As long as your not getting the incision wet I am sure you are fine. I just waited on my dogs.
