Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Has he been itching the area at all? If not, then I'd worry about fungus or, possibly, mange. It could be ringworm (a fungus) - and you won't often see a "ring" like in humans. If it's not related to itching, then I'd probably ask for a skin scraping (for scoping) and then grow a fungal culture. Aw Channing....like you need one more thing to worry about.

| Chelsea has the samething, I took her to the vet and he say there was nothing wrong I guess maybe some have balding around the nose. It hasn't gotten worst, now she has pimples on one side of her neck and stomach.

| My Bella has the same thing. I've been worried about her having leather ears because of the balding on the bridge of her nose and really thin hair on the back of her ears. I finally took her to vet and had a fungus culture done which came back negative. I really wished she had something so we can cure it and get her hair to grow back but she has nothing. I'm a little bummed. |
