Ok, so Taylor has been having this problem a while now.
He seems a bit itchy at times.
We took him to the vet and they said he was ok. No Fleas, nothing that looks like a rash or bumps. But he just itches a lot.

Any ideas?

How old is Taylor? What food are you feeding him? What area(s) of the body is he scratching? How often do you bathe him?

Same questions.

Plus, any hair loss? Is his skin dry and flaky as well? Is pollen hitting your area yet (pollen.com)?
