| Help my yorkie sick has anybody every had their yorkie vomit a slimy yellow color? She has had diarrhea for 24 hours now, gave her medicine to stop that and now she is vomiting. She has had nothing unusual to eat (all same things, no different). The only thing we did different in the last 48 hours was take her to the vet for her nail trim and she walked on her leash inside the vet office. Usually we carry her, but this time she walked. We had a terrible night with diarrhea every hour. So far this morning she has not eaten or drank any water. Does anybody have any idea what she could have???? Thanks friends...Sheryl, PeanutAnn Mommie |

| Put some chicken/beef broth in the water see if she drink some. She must be very dehydrated from vomiting and diarrhea and really need to drink a lot! If that doesn't work go to vet. When they don't drink... it can get serious really fast. |

| Absolutely. Diarrhea and vomiting = dehydration. Was she seen by the vet for the diarrhea? and then given the medicine by the vet? and now is vomiting? Please let your vet know about it - today. She could have picked up something on the floor as you mentioned. It's not something I'd let go over the weekend. Keep us posted.

Donating YT 10K Club Member | It's likely she threw up bile from not eating. Persistent diarrhea is a real concern with dehydration too.
