| Change in puppy food What is your thoughts on Purino Pro Plan small bits for puppies? I was feeding them Science Diet but they got to where they weren't eating it very much. The vet gave me a bag of Purino Plan. She said to put chicken broth in it to dress it up. |

| Purina is actually a 1 star dog food - not very good. Here's a review Dog Food Reviews - All Products - Powered by ReviewPost The first ingredient listed is corn and is difficult for a dog to digest. Many other bad things about it. I think it's been recalled quite a few times. Some good foods -- Merrick, Wellness, Innova. There's a list on this forum stickied somewhere of the best dog foods and you can e-mail and ask for samples.

| I do not like Purina at all. It's low quality dog food. Like fast food. I use Royal Canin. It is not in the top ones either but it is decent food and all my dogs loves it. Maybe you should go to pet store and ask them for better quality food. This is of coarse just my opinion, I am not judging you . |

| Yep, and there is also some "good" foods that aren't rated extremely high. But, still, almost anything is better than Purina! lol. Petco actually sells a lot of the better foods now.
