| What type of yogurt? What kind of yogurt is best to give Tobie? Plain? Light or regular? Thanks!

| Plain, low-fat. Do not give the sweetened "light" yogurt or anything that contains fake sugar. I like Stoneyfield low-fat plain, and also Dannon All Natural low-fat plain. Cottage cheese is good for them as well.

| It's perfect they certainly love yogurt. Mine get either yogurt or cottage cheese with their meals

| Great! It's so good for them, helps entice picky eaters and is good for tummies. I hope he likes it.
