| $20 Voucher for pet care I posted this in the general forum, but thought some of you here might be able to use it as well. I received this from a rescue I used and wanted to pass it on. I tried getting one toward the end of the hour and they were out, so I waited and submitted again immediately when the new hour began and had no problem. http://www.gettothevet.com/index.html In these challenging economic times, many pet owners are facing difficult choices about how to pay for and prioritize their pets' care and wellness. And unfortunately, veterinary visits and preventive veterinary care are often cut due to financial struggles and concerns. That's why the Help Your Pet, Get to the Vet Campaign by AdvantageŽ Topical Solution from Bayer Animal Health has a mission to help offset pet care costs by distributing more than $250,000 in Veterinary Vouchers to provide financial relief, along with valuable information, to help you take care of your cat or dog. From February 16 through February 28, 2009, dog and cat owners have a chance to receive a $20 Veterinary Voucher good toward preventive veterinary care (vaccinations, wellness exams, flea and tick treatment and prevention, heartworm preventative, dental care, etc.). Vouchers available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET every hour on the hour, up to 1,000 distributed each day. No purchase necessary to obtain voucher. See official rules: http://www.gettothevet.com/termsconditions.html For a chance to receive a $20 veterinary care voucher redeemable by mail, while supplies last, visit www.gettothevet.com and follow the directions required to register, download and print the voucher. Approximately 83 vouchers will be made available each hour of each day beginning at 9:00 a.m. ET and ending at 9:00 p.m. ET on a first come basis. If the supply of vouchers for any given hour has been exhausted, you may visit the website each hour thereafter (between 9:00 a.m. ET and 9:00 p.m. ET) and follow the directions provided until such time as you receive a voucher or the Offer Period has expired. To redeem voucher and receive your $20 check by mail, you must take your dog or cat to a licensed veterinarian between February 16, 2009 and May 31, 2009 for a preventive care visit (e.g., vaccinations, wellness exams, flea and tick treatment and prevention, heartworm preventative, dental care etc.). Veterinarian must be licensed with the state in order for you to receive the $20 check. Voucher recipients must complete the voucher by providing his/her first and last name, type of pet (cat or dog), pet's birthday (month/day/year), phone number, address and email address. Veterinarians must complete the following information on the voucher: first and last name, name of clinic, clinic address, clinic phone number, email, date of preventive veterinary visit and signature. Employees of government entities are not eligible.
