If your fur baby is eating his or her poop this website has some reasons that could be happening. Teddy eats his poop so I was looking into it because it totally grosses me out!!! Anyway I think he just likes the taste of it so I started putting pumpkin in his food. Here's the website.

Changing foods can help a lot too. If the food you're feeding has ingredients that usually aren't very digestible for dogs, then their poo usually still smells like food.

I have tried ALL of these except the choke collar and I d feed high quality food and I still have 2 who are poop eaters. I just make sure I clean up as soon as they go bur sometimes with 5 dogs I can miss one

Have you tried S.E.P. yet? When I was feeding kibble (now feed raw), I used SEP and it worked immediately.

What is SEP? Suzi has never ate her own poo , however, eaten other animals poop when outside!!! I believe that is even more dangerous! Fortunately, it has not made her sick! I keep her off the grass now.

I tried the pineapple on my Cooper on Saturday and I switched his food from SD to NB(duck & potato) and I have not seen him eat his poop since then!

one of my Yorkies eat cat poop(kitty roca). its so gross. My other yorkie will barf and then eat it up.. Do dogs have no scruples! lol

Uggg...oh yes...we are quite familiar with the age old dilemma that is "poop eating". My Agnes has been a poo eater since day one! It is awful

I feed Primal Raw and I have tried the pineapple thing for over 2 weeks along with the tablets that are supposed to stop it. Result??? Nothing!! She still loves to eat that darn poo. It is sooo gross.

I can just see Ralphie walking in on her doing it and shuddering in disgust, ha ha. He's like "Mommmm!!! She is doing it again!!!

" LOL.

I think I will try bananas next. I have heard that it can help if the cause is a vitamin deficiency.

Can I get this at a pet food store or do I have to order it online. My Trixie
