| my poor guy My poor Peanut doesnt feel that good this morning. When I wole up he usually is really happy to see me and he didnt even move off the couch! And I notcied before my boyfriend left for work he still had his treats sitting next to him that he didnt eat, and thats not like him!!! So then he threw up a little tiny bit. It didnt have any food or anything in it, just yellowish. Should I try to give him some scrambeld eggs or something, i can tell he doesnt feel that good today. If anyone knows of anything that might make him feel better let me know, Thanks you!!! My poor pigpen is going crazy because he wants to play wit his brother

| How often do you give him his meal? Usually when my puppy throws up a yellowish fluid it's because she hasn't eaten for a long time (8-9hrs) so the acids in her stomach acted up. However in your case...he didn't even eat his treats? hmmm

| Since he is shaky and there is no way to know exactly why, I'd give him something to bring up his sugar immediately. Nutrical is good put use what you have. Pancake sugar. Sugar water... If he continues to throw up, he needs to see a vet. If he has stopped and his gums are nice and pink, you might have time to try to fix the problem at home but when in doubt, go to the vet. Have you tried PediaLyte? If you want to try food, how about mashed potatoes?

| i went to the store to go get him some pedalight when i came back there was tons of diahrrea in his cage. now i am worried but right now he is playing with his brother and barking, not really acting sick. yesterday we were playing at the tennis court and he was running around and there was a puddle of dirty water and he drank a little tiny bit i think but i wonder if he has giardia now, he had his giardia vaccine though. i am confused

| The giardia vaccine isn't worth much. I think it really just helps keep it from spreading. If you think he can eat, carbs are what you should start with. Potato is about the best. If the baked potato has no seasoning on it and you can peel it, that would probably be fine. Rice might work also.

| ok i just made him a baked potato with nothing on it and i skined it. i gave him some pedalyght as well. he LOVES that stuff his favorite is grape. so i hope he fells a little better but now that i am stressing myself out i am going to take him into the vet so i can get a fecal sample to see if he has giardia, now that i start thinking of that water he drank yesterday. better to be safe than sorry! i hate seeing my little guy sick and now we have our little baby pigpen (3 mo) so i dont want him to get sick as well. i will take him in later this afternoon with my boyfriend.

| I think it is A good idea to take him in. For your piece of mind. And to see what is making him ill. I am glad he likes the Potato.

| :( so my peanut is really sick, about 2 hours he had another diarrhea but this time it had blood in it. so i took him to his doc and they did a giarida test and he was negitive and we sent some poo into the lab , so we will more results tomorrow. and we have to go from there on what we have to do next. x rays? bloodwork? the doc think he may have coccidia?? so we have to wait, he gave him something to help his diarrhea and he gave him so lactaded ringers ( liquid) and a couple meds to go home. so i hope he just has some paracite that is easy to get rid of because if not then i am going to be more worried.... you know i dropped some asprin and i swear i dont think he got any but if he did could that cause bloody diarrhea and vomiting? oh well we will see what his fecal results say and go from there!! he is resting right now mommies been really babying him and poor pigpen has just entertaining himself.... so i will keep you guys posted on peanut...
