| My 4 week old has slimy bowel movements... My little 4 week old baby boy is growing healthy and breast feeding from mommy just great! He is up and running around, playing and trying to nibble on mom, dad, and all of us. My only concern is that he has a very thick and slimy stool. I don't know if this is normal or if this is of a huge concern with fecal worms or anything like that. When he was born I took him and mommy to the vet and they told us to com back when he would be 6 weeks old. I am carefully monitoring him and making sure all his meals are met by mom and that he is always clean and warm. Does anyone know if this is normal... is this part of his tiny little stomach maturing and still forming? Does anyone know about this or should I go to the vet right away? Answers will be greatly appreciated!!!! |
