| Help with Raw feeding. I'm starting to feed raw chicken to my yorkies and Shar pei and both of them seem to have some issues with it. usually they would have hard poo, but since i fed them raw chicken, both of them poo twice today with really soft poo. Is this normal? I start boiling the raw chicken to about 60-75 percent cook, then cool and feed because this would help killing the bacteria on the raw meat. I also feed them the chicken bones, which i boil for 5 secs before feeding, this does not consider cooked bone right? |

| Bones are only meant to be fed raw. Also, when you start cooking the food, you are going to have to start supplementing because it loses a lot of its nutrients. They most likely are having some digestive upsets from the diet change. It should work itself out. You might give some canned pumpkin as it is a great regulator and helps with both diarrhea and constipation
